The secret to sticking with a health and fitness program is finding activities you enjoy that keep you motivated, encouraged, moving and accountable. At the Y, we have activities and programs that promote health and wellness for every age and every level of activity. Whether you are looking for a place to improve your skills, spend time with family, or take part in a little healthy competition, gymnasiums at the Y provide opportunities for it all!

How to View Our Schedule or Book a Spot
Step 1: Step 1: Click on your local YMCA homepage below and select the category, class name (type of activity) and/or day of the week that you are interested in.
Step 2: If a reservation is required, you will see “Sign Up” to the right of the activity. To reserve a spot, log in to your YMCA of Greater Houston account using your email address and password. If this is your first time, create a log in with your membership information. From there, simply enter your information and complete the registration to have your spot reserved.
Step 3: No “Sign Up” required? Great! Join us anytime during the available time to enjoy your activity. Make sure you view the description to get information on what exactly will be available when you visit the YMCA.
