At the Y, we have activities and programs that promote health and wellness for every age and every level of activity. Whether you are looking for a place to improve your skills, spend time with family, or take part in a little healthy competition, gymnasiums at the Y provide opportunities for it all!

How to View Our Schedule or Book a Spot

Step 1: Step 1: Click on your local YMCA homepage below and select the category, class name (type of activity) and/or day of the week that you are interested in.

Step 2: If a reservation is required, you will see “Sign Up” to the right of the activity. To reserve a spot, log in to your YMCA of Greater Houston account using your email address and password. If this is your first time, create a log in with your membership information. From there, simply enter your information and complete the registration to have your spot reserved.

Step 3: No “Sign Up” required? Great! Join us anytime during the available time to enjoy your activity. Make sure you view the description to get information on what exactly will be available when you visit the YMCA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any member who has a facility membership is able to register and attend group exercise classes at a YMCA center as a member benefit.

YES! LES MILLS Virtual™ classes are located in our Group Exercise studios at select locations and play on-demand during scheduled times. All available classes can be found on the schedule within in your app. In addition, a wide-variety of virtual classes are available at your fingertips online at YMCA360.org, through the YMCA360 app, and streaming through your smart T.V.

Some group exercise classes require a reservation online. Please review the schedule and reserve your spot through our online reservation system in the YMCA360 app or prior to visiting the facility on your desktop to view available spots in our classes.

If you have questions regarding a specific class, please contact your YMCA center’s Healthy Living Director by phone or email. Also, if you are at the YMCA when the class is scheduled, feel free to stop in before or after the class to ask the Group Exercise Instructor questions. They will be happy to assist!

Absolutely! Members can bring the same guest three times per calendar year (no limit to the number of different guests that can visit). Guest passes can be accessed here.
