Y on the Fly brings the Y’s mission of youth development to life by delivering hands-on STEM and enrichment experiences directly to schools and communities. Through state-of-the-art mobile labs, students 5-13 engage in dynamic activities that promote exploration, collaboration, and creativity—fostering achievement, belonging and connection.

Simply fill out the brief interest form linked below (choose STEM Experience or STEM Skills Lab) and our team will contact you to confirm logistics. You can also reach us at yonthefly@ymcahouston.org with any questions or special inquiries. We recommend contacting us at least 3 months in advance for scheduling purposes – the Y on the Fly calendar fills up fast with eager schools and events! Our team will do our best to accommodate and coordinate all the details to ensure a successful visit.
