Program Registrations
Reservations are required for group exercise classes and lap swimming. Reservations are not required in the Wellness Center (ie. areas with cardiovascular and strength training equipment), Child Watch, and for recreational swimming. Social distancing guidelines will be observed in these areas and some equipment may not be available. Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance on the YMCA of Greater Houston App and online.

Group Exercise Classes
The Y offers hundreds of group exercise classes, including cardio, Les Mills, yoga and pilates, dance and water exercises for all ages and abilities. No doubt, you’ll find something that’s right for you. Personal Training & Small Group Training Classes
At the Y, we believe goals are always attainable. Through our holistic approach, our nationally accredited personal trainers structure the right kind of workouts, provide encouragement, motivation and accountability and design a progressive plan to help you achieve your goals. You can also take your wellness to the next level with specialty classes. These classes feature innovative programs and phenomenal, supportive instructors in a small group setting offered in one of our state-of-the-art indoor or outdoor spaces.
