Summer Hiring Sign-On Bonus

Come work for a company that makes a genuine impact on the lives of others. The YMCA of Greater Houston is offering a sign-on bonus for qualifying aquatics lifeguards, swim instructors, and summer day camp positions! Salarys offered starting at $10 per hour and you will receive a $100 signing bonus! Bonus will be received by employee on September 10th and employee must meet the following qualifications:

  • MUST be onboarded on or by June 14, 2021.
  • Must work an average of 30 hours per week from June 14 – August 27, 2021.
  • Must have perfect attendance the weeks of June 14 – August 27 of Camp and Aquatics.
  • Must be up-to-date and in compliance for all YMCA required trainings.
