Reservations are required for group exercise classes and lap swimming. Reservations are not required in the Wellness Center (ie. areas with cardiovascular and strength training equipment), Child Watch, and for recreational swimming. Social distancing guidelines will be observed in these areas and some equipment may not be available. Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance on the YMCA of Greater Houston App and online.

Personal Training and Small Group Training Classes
At the Y, we believe goals are always attainable. You can also take your wellness to the next level with specialty classes. These classes feature innovative programs and phenomenal, supportive instructors in a small group setting offered in one of our state-of-the-art indoor or outdoor spaces.
Join the Alief Family YMCA on Monday, January 16 from 10 am-2 pm as they support YMCA International Services with stocking their warehouse with clothes, essential items and restocking shelves.
