Monday and Wednesday: 7 am-12:45 pm; 3-5 pm; 6:30-7:45 pm.
Tuesday and Thursday: 7-11:45 am; 4:15-5 pm.
Friday: 7 am-12:45 pm; 3-6:45 pm.
Saturday: 8-11:45 am.
Reservations are required for group exercise classes and lap swimming. Reservations are not required in the Wellness Center (ie. areas with cardiovascular and strength training equipment), Child Watch, and for recreational swimming. Social distancing guidelines will be observed in these areas and some equipment may not be available. Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance on the YMCA of Greater Houston App and online.

In observance of the holiday and to allow our staff time with their families, our facilities will follow adjusted hours on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30. Centers will be open regular open time-6 pm. Alief, Houston Texans and MD Anderson YMCAs will be open 8 am-2 pm.
