Reservations are required for group exercise and water exercise classes. Reservations are not required in the Wellness Center (ie. areas with cardiovascular and strength training equipment), Child Watch, and for lap and recreational swimming.

Youth sports instructional clinics are a fantastic way to introduce children to a new sport or refine skills for a familiar sport. YMCA trained staff lead players in engaging drills and games designed to develop the fundamental skills required for the sport while they make new friends and have a blast. In observance of the holiday and to allow our staff time with their families, our facilities will follow adjusted hours on Monday, July 4. Centers will be open regular open time-4 pm. Alief, Houston Texans and MD Anderson YMCAs will be open 8 am-2 pm.
