Membership Questions

Reservations are required for group exercise classes as well as at some center locations for lap swimming. Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance. View Schedule >

A city-wide membership gives you access to all of the facilities located throughout the greater Houston area. The Y is transforming membership to become a powerful tool to impact our community. Your facility membership also includes Nationwide access.

Yes, and our group exercise instructors are excited to have you back! Reservations are required for group exercise classes and lap swimming, and can be made up to 72 hours in advance on our app or on our website.

Yes! That is why HTX+ On Demand is now included as a benefit of a YMCA Membership! This on-demand virtual platform connects you to the Y to strengthen your spirit, mind and body, anytime, anywhere, and from any device. Already a Y Member, visit to get started. Once there, click sign in at the top of your screen and use the email connected with your YMCA of Greater Houston membership account to get started.

We ask that anyone wishing to visit our facilities register for a guest pass. This allows us to properly welcome anyone interested in a YMCA membership, give them a tour of the facility, go over any safety procedures, etc. A photo ID is required at check in. Request a Guest Pass >

Yes, contact our membership representatives at your local YMCA facility or in our member experience center and we can get your membership changed at any time.
