These classes feature innovative programs and phenomenal, supportive instructors in a small group setting offered in one of our state-of-the-art indoor or outdoor spaces. You will be inspired to get the results you have been working to achieve.

Program offerings, studios and equipment vary by location. With your city-wide membership, you have access to classes at locations across the Houston area and can easily add on a class that fits your needs.

Any member who has a facility membership is able to register and attend group exercise classes at a YMCA center as a member benefit.

YES! LES MILLS Virtual™ classes are located in our Group Exercise studios at select locations and play on-demand during scheduled times. All available classes can be found on the schedule within in your app. In addition, a wide-variety of virtual classes are available at your fingertips online at YMCA360.org, through the YMCA360 app, and streaming through your smart T.V.

Some group exercise classes require a reservation online. Please review the schedule and reserve your spot through our online reservation system in the YMCA360 app or prior to visiting the facility on your desktop to view available spots in our classes.

If you have questions regarding a specific class, please contact your YMCA center’s Healthy Living Director by phone or email. Also, if you are at the YMCA when the class is scheduled, feel free to stop in before or after the class to ask the Group Exercise Instructor questions. They will be happy to assist!

Absolutely! Members can bring the same guest three times per calendar year (no limit to the number of different guests that can visit). Guest passes can be accessed here.
