Group Exercise Classes
The Y offers thousands of free classes, including cardio, Les Mills®, yoga and Pilates, dance and water exercises for all ages and abilities. No doubt, you’ll find something that’s right for you. Check out our wide-variety of classes led by amazing instructors to find the ones that motivate you.
Small Group Training & Specialty Classes
The YMCA offers a variety of specialty classes in addition to group exercise classes and traditional workouts. These programs are based on specialty areas, help you to achieve specific goals and offer a small class size. Programs include aerial yoga, kettlebell and other specialty classes.
Virtual YMCA (YMCA360)
Y Virtual programs offer group exercise, education, fun family activities and small group connection activities for all ages as part of your membership. Strengthen your spirit, mind and body, anytime, anywhere and from any device. With YMCA360, you can experience the Y at its best, virtually.
Youth & Family Wellness
Our Youth & Family Wellness program will help you learn about helpful tools to make necessary changes to your lifestyle and achieve your wellness goals. We provide guidance on how to eat healthier, move more and stay active as a family. Get moving, connect and make memories all at the Y.
ForeverWell (55+)
The Y offers a variety of opportunities for adults age 55 and better to stay active, engaged and connected with others. From physical activity to social events and new adventures, ForeverWell provides opportunities for ALL to make this chapter in life the BEST one yet! If you’re not sure how to get started, just ask!
Mindfulness Tip
So many of us feel stressed, fatigued, rushed and short on quality time. Combat the effects of an overstimulated society by practicing intentional mindfulness and reap the rewards.
I might not be the best, but I’m one step closer to my goal and one step further from where I was a week ago. It was rough and my knees were on fire, but I never gave up…just modified a couple of things. Now I find it easier to WANT to go to the gym. I got this!
