Vic Coppinger Family YMCA
Building on the momentum of last year’s successful event, “Renewing Community Spirit” returns in 2026 with a bold focus on connecting neighbors, strengthening partnerships, and showcasing the Y as a hub for service and belonging. This year, we aim to deepen our impact by expanding on-site volunteer projects that beautify, restore, and enhance our YMCA property and surrounding spaces.

We are working to partner with Keep Pearland Beautiful to combine efforts and highlight our shared commitment to environmental stewardship and civic pride. Whether planting, painting, cleaning, organizing, or creating—there will be hands-on service opportunities for all ages and abilities.

More than a clean-up day, this event is an invitation to discover what the YMCA truly stands for—community, connection, and cause-driven work that strengthens us all. For many, this may be their first introduction to the Y—not just as a gym or facility, but as a nonprofit mission in action. Together, we will renew community spirit, one project at a time.
