Since 1886, the YMCA of Greater Houston has been an integral part of the community. Every time that there is a deeper or greater need, the Y shows up to ensure that people don’t go without assistance. As an organization we are committed to strengthening the bonds that tie us together in community and being responsive to critical community needs. ABOUT THE 1886 SOCIETY
The 1886 Society recognizes YMCA member donors who commit to making a lasting impact in their community through a recurring monthly gift to the YMCA Annual Campaign. Members of the 1886 Society ensure that the YMCA is there to provide opportunities for all.
1886 Society Members are recognized on three giving levels.
• Foundation Level: Any size recurring gift
• Cornerstone Level: $18.86 – $156 a month
• Keystone Level: $157 per month or more
